Salary: Rs. 25,000/- PM
Age Limit: Candidates must be above 21 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1, 2025.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Geo-informatics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a Certificate/Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geo-informatics.
OR, M.Tech/M.Sc in GIS & Remote Sensing/Geo-informatics.
OR, MCA/M.A./M.Sc in Geography/Geology/Mathematics/Environmental Science with Geo-informatics as a subject or a relevant certificate/diploma.
How to Apply:
Submit your application in the Standard Form (available in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette) to the Registered Kanungo Branch, Office of the District Commissioner, Cachar, Silchar.
The last date for submission is November 25, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
Include the following documents:
- Detailed CV
- Photo ID and address proof
- Original and self-attested copies of educational certificates (from HSLC onwards)
- Work experience certificates (if any)
- Three recent passport-size photographs
