Essential Qualifications:

Qualifications vary by post but generally require:

Engineering Posts: A full-time Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline (like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with a specified minimum percentage (typically 55-60%).

Non-Engineering Posts: Qualifications like CA/CMA, MBA in relevant specializations, LLB, MBBS, or a Master's in Hindi (for Official Language post) are required.

Experience Required:

• Most Senior Officer/Engineer positions require a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification executive experience.
• The Chief Manager (Law) post requires 12 years of experience.

Age Limit (as on 23rd December 2025):

Age limits vary by post and category. The upper age limit generally ranges from 31 to 46 years for different unreserved categories, with relaxations as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL) and PwBD candidates.

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scales:

• E-5 Grade (Chief Manager): Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/-
• E-2 Grade (Senior Officer/Engineer): Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000/-
• E-1 Grade (Officer): Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/-
