1. Specialist Architects
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2026.
Monthly Remuneration: Maximum ₹1,20,000 (inclusive of all taxes), depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Guwahati, with travel to other districts.
Contract Duration: Initially 11 months (renewable based on performance).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Architecture with Master's in Urban Design/Landscape Architecture/Architecture or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in construction drawings, building byelaws, and urban design/landscaping projects.
2. Sr. GIS Expert
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Not more than 38 years as on 1st January 2026.
Monthly Remuneration: Maximum ₹1,00,000 (inclusive of all taxes), depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Guwahati, with travel to other districts.
Contract Duration: Initially 11 months (renewable based on performance).
Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech/MA in Geographic Information Science/Geography/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-Informatics/Geomatics, OR B.Plan/M.Plan with GIS & Remote Sensing as a subject.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS spatial analysis, preferably in urban planning projects. Knowledge of drone data processing and GIS-based portals is desired.
3. GIS Assistants
No of Posts: 4
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on 1st January 2026.
Monthly Remuneration: Maximum ₹75,000 (inclusive of all taxes), depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Guwahati (may be assigned to other districts).
Contract Duration: Initially 11 months (renewable based on performance).
Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech/MA in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-Informatics/Geomatics/Geography, OR B.Plan/M.Plan with GIS & Remote Sensing as a subject.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in GIS spatial analysis, digitization in GIS and AutoCAD, and field data collection. Experience with DGPS data handling is an advantage.
