Post Name: Apprentice
Total No of Posts: 153 (provisional; may vary)
Stipend: ₹9,000 per month (₹4,500 from UIICL + ₹4,500 via DBT from Government)
Training Duration: 1 year
Location: Selected candidates will be posted in their chosen state (only one state can be applied for)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Should have passed graduation (full-time, regular) in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE/DOTE-recognized university
- Graduation should be completed between July 2021 and 2025
- No prior work experience (as of 01 December 2025)
- Not enrolled in any other apprenticeship program earlier
- Postgraduates or those with 1+ years of work experience are NOT eligible
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 28 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per the Government of India norms
How to Apply:
1. Applications must be submitted online via the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal: https://nats.education.gov.in
2. Candidates must complete their NATS profile 100%, including uploading:
- Degree/Provisional Certificate
- Consolidated Marksheet
- Aadhaar Card
- Bank Passbook (in candidate’s name)
- Passport-size photo
3. Mandatory: Enter percentage of marks (or convert CGPA to percentage by multiplying by 10)
4. Search for “UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD” under advertised vacancies and click “Apply.”
