1. Peon
No of posts: 02 {1 for ST(H), 1 for SC}
Scale of Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹52,000 + Grade Pay ₹3,900 (PB-1)
Essential Qualification: Must have passed Class VIII, but must not have cleared HSSLC/Higher Secondary. Overqualified candidates will be disqualified and may face legal consequences.
2. Process Server
No of posts: 01 {OBC/MOBC women candidates}
Scale of Pay: ₹14,000 – ₹60,500 + Grade Pay ₹5,200 (PB-2)
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of the Assamese language
Age Limit:
- OBC/MOBC: Maximum 43 years
- SC/ST(H): Maximum 45 years
- Age relaxation for PwBD candidates as per Assam government rules.
How to Apply ?
Interested and eligible Indian citizens must apply using the Standard Application Form published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX, filled in block letters with a black or blue ballpoint pen. Attach:
- Self-attested copies of age, education, caste, and experience certificates (if any)
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration certificate
- 3 recent passport-size colour photographs (1 pasted on the form, 2 additional copies)
- Notarized affidavit for Peon applicants declaring their highest qualification
