1. Teaching Associate (Contractual)
No of Posts: 4
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Discipline-wise vacancies:
- Education: 2
- Economics: 1
- Commerce: 1
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in a relevant subject with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade point.
- Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET, or awarded Ph.D in the concerned subject.
2. Finance Officer
No. of Posts: 1
Salary: Rs.30,000/– 1,10,000/- Plus GP Rs. 15,700 + Other allowances
Educational Qualification:
- A MCOM /MBA degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent CGPA scale, along with a minimum of five (05) years of experience in financial administration/management in a university or other government/PSU units.

- UR/OBC/MOBC: Rs. 2000/-
- SC/ST/PWD: Rs. 1000/-

Eligible and interested candidates for the Teaching Associate position can attend the walk-in interview on 26 February 2026 at 1:30 PM (reporting 1 PM) at Assam Women's University with application, documents, originals, and ₹500 DD, while for Finance Officer, candidates must submit their application with testimonials and required DD to the Registrar by 24 February 2026 (3:00 PM).
