Post Details & No of Posts:

• Junior Assistant: 1 post (UR)
• Office Assistant: 1 post (UR)

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 60,500 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,400/- as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or any stream from a recognized university. A 6-month diploma or certificate in computer proficiency from a government-recognized institution is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Internet is required.

Desirable:

• For Office Assistant: English typing speed of 35 wpm (10,500 KDPH).
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher educational institutions.

Age Limit (as on 04-01-2026):

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 40 years

Age relaxation applicable:

• 5 years for SC/ST
• 3 years for OBC/MOBC
• 10 years for PwBD candidates
