Attractive Compensation: SBI offers competitive salary packages, with CTC ranging from approximately ₹20.6 lakhs per annum for support roles to up to ₹135 lakhs per annum for senior leadership positions. The packages include fixed pay, performance-linked incentives, and allowances.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation in relevant fields (like Finance, MBA, CA, CFA, CFP, etc.) from a recognized university/institution.
Experience: Required experience varies by role—from 3 years for support positions to 15+ years for leadership roles. Specific experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or team leadership is preferred.
Age Limit:
Generally between 25 to 50 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
Application Fee:
Rs. 750/- (Seven Hundred Fifty only) for UR/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by personal/telephonic/video interviews. The final merit list will be prepared based on interview performance.
