1. Programme Associate
Salary: Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 17,000 per month + Travel bill as per actual
(First 6 months will be on probation).
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of a graduate degree (10+2+3) with 50 % marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ST and OBC.
2. Agriculture Expert
Salary: Negotiable
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a recognized university. A Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Entomology, or related disciplines will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Horticulture, Plant Protection, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Agronomy, or Soil Science.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant field experience in horticulture development, crop advisory services, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Integrated Nutrient Management (INM), or sustainable agriculture.
3. SMS- Veterinary
Salary: Negotiable
Educational Qualification: B.V.Sc. & A.H. – Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. 2-3 years of post qualification experience.
4. Marketing Expert
Salary: Rs. 42,600/- (Negotiable as per experience)
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Marketing / Agri-Business / Rural Management), M.Com / M.Sc (Agriculture / Agri Business Management) , BBA / B.Com / B.Sc (Agriculture), or any other relevant academic discipline will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Agri-Marketing, FPO/FPC promotion, value chain development, market linkage, or agribusiness operations.
5. Integrator (IT, MIS & MEL)
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of Education with a professional degree like B.Tech (CS/IT) or a post graduate degree like MSC-IT, MCA with 50% marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ST and OBC.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Development and IT Sector.
Salary: Negotiable
6. Software Developer
Salary: Negotiable
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience
7. MIS Associate
Salary: Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 17,000 per month + Travel bill as per actual
(First 6 months will be on probation).
