Name of Post: Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Personnel & Administration)
No of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: E1 - Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000; E2 - Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000; E3 - Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years' duration) in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MSW.
Experience:
- Minimum 2/3/7 years’ experience in the Human Resource department in an organisation of repute.
- Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions of an organisation. Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge of Labour laws will be preferred. Excellent organizational communication skills and working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) are prerequisites for the Job.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (E1), 37 years (E2), 42 years (E3).
