1. Assistant Manager, Tea Garden
No of Posts: 04
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years.
Remuneration: Approx. ₹0.77 lakh per month (inclusive of DA) + Conveyance + Mobile reimbursement. Annual CTC approx. ₹11.02 lakh.
Location: Tea Gardens in Assam & West Bengal (Tinkong, Murphulani, Karballa & Choonabutti)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Plantation Management / Engineering / Agriculture / Bio-Science / Science / Arts / Commerce. Preferably with PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management / Management / Agriculture Science.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
2. Management Trainee (Welfare)
No of Posts: 04
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Remuneration: ₹46,230 per month (Basic + DA at minimum pay point of E0 scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000).
Location: Tea Gardens in Assam (Khowang, Tinkong, Basmatia and Hoolungoor)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University + Degree/Diploma in Labour Welfare / Social Science recognized by Govt. of Assam. Adequate knowledge of Assamese and Hindi.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
3. Management Trainee (Welfare)
No of Posts: 02
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Stipend: ₹46,230 per month (Basic + DA at minimum pay point of E0 scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000).
Location: Tea Gardens in West Bengal (Banarhat & Karballa)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University + PG Degree/Diploma in Labour and Social Welfare recognized by Govt. of West Bengal OR Labour Welfare Officer's Training Course of Labour Department, West Bengal. Must qualify a viva-voce test and have thorough knowledge of Bengali and Hindi.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
4. Assistant Officer Gr. II (Sales)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
Remuneration: Approx. ₹0.40 lakh per month (inclusive of DA) + Conveyance (₹800/1500/2000) + Mobile reimbursement. Annual CTC approx. ₹5.73 lakh.
Location: Tea Division – Head Office, Kolkata
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Marketing / Material Management / Engineering / BBA / Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce.
Experience: Fresher.
5. Additional Officer Gr. I
No of Posts: 04
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years.
Remuneration: Approx. ₹0.57 lakh per month (inclusive of DA) + Conveyance + Mobile reimbursement. Annual CTC approx. ₹8.17 lakh.
Location: Tea Gardens in Assam & West Bengal
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Graduate Degree in Science / Commerce / Management / Bio-Science / Plantation.
Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience.
