1. Consultant (Discipline)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/LLB
- 3-4 years of Experience with practical exposure of the Companies Act,2013
2. Consultant (Governance & Professional Development- Governance & Corporate Law)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (preference shall be given to the candidates who have law Degree)
- 0-5 years as Company Secretary, having experience in NCLT and NCLAT etc
3. Consultant (Academic & Research-Studies)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PG Degree in commerce/ Economics/Management or Equivalent
- 2 years of Experience.
4. Consultant (Examination)
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- 0-5 years of Experience.
5. Consultant (Training)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PG Degree in commerce/ Economics/Management or Equivalent
- 2 years of Experience.
6. Consultant (Academics & Research-PMQ)
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Consolidated Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- 2-3 years of Experience.
