1. Manager (Civil) – E-3 Grade
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: 36 years.
Salary: Rs. 80,000-3%-2,20,000/-
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Full-time (4 years) regular B.E. / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Government Engineering Institutes classified as "Institute of National Importance" by the Ministry of Education.
- A postgraduate degree, diploma, or certificate in Construction Management is preferred.
- Minimum 9 (nine) years of civil construction experience (excluding structural steel and road) at site, preferably in an industrial plant.
2. Senior Manager (Civil) – E-4 Grade
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: 40 years.
Salary: Rs. 90,000-3%-2,40,000/-
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Full-time (4 years) regular B.E. / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 13 (thirteen) years of civil construction experience (excluding structural steel and road) at site, preferably in an industrial plant.
Age Relaxations:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years (General), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC)
- J&K Domicile (1980–1989): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government guidelines
