1. Legal
Number of Vacancies: 02
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (born not earlier than 01.03.1986 and not later than 28.02.2005).
Educational Qualification: LLB from a recognized University/Institution in India. A Masters in Law is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably as a law officer handling corporate or project finance-related matters.
2. Risk Management

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance, MBA (Finance), or CA/ICWA/CFA. FRM or equivalent certification is desirable for some roles.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector managing mid/large corporate credit appraisals, credit risk, credit monitoring, or risk management.
3. Internal Audit

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance, MBA (Finance), CA/ICWA. Certification like CIA or Certified Accounting & Audit Professional from IIBF is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking/FIs in audit.
4. Internal Audit (IS Audit)

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with specialization in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/IT/Electronics & Communication/AI ML/Data Science. Certification such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Security / IT / IS Audit. Preference for candidates with exposure to RBI-regulated organizations.
5. Administration

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Accounts from a recognized University/Institution.

7. Company Secretariat

Educational Qualification: Company Secretary (Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - ICSI).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Company Secretary working in listed companies.
8. Vigilance

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management OR CA/ICWA/CFA from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in the Financial Sector, with at least 2 years in Vigilance or Compliance functions in Banks/FIs.
9. Lending Operations (Lending & Project Finance)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial corporate sector, with at least 2 years in mid/large corporate credit appraisals, operations, documentation, or disbursement.
10. Investment & Treasury

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (born not earlier than 01.03.1986 and not later than 28.02.2005).
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/Forex, MBA (Finance), or ICWA/CA/CFA.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial corporate sector, with at least 2 years in treasury functions, investment desk, asset liability management, or back-office operations.
11. Information Technology

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (born not earlier than 01.03.1986 and not later than 28.02.2005).
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Computing Engineering/AI & ML/Software Engineering/Electronics & Telecom/Data Science. Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) are required as applicable.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, business analyst roles, or managing cloud infrastructure in the BFSI domain.
12. Compliance

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, or a Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance. Certification like CIA or Certified Accounting & Audit Professional from IIBF is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 2 years in Audit or Compliance in an RBI-regulated entity.
Compensation: The annual fixed compensation for the Senior Analyst grade is approximately Rs. 24.81 lakhs. Additionally, a variable pay (performance bonus) of up to 20% on fixed compensation may be paid based on performance. Group Insurance (Medical, Accidental & Term Life) will also be provided.
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years.
OBC (NCL): 3 years.
PwBD (GEN/EWS): 10 years.
PwBD (OBC): 13 years.
