UCO Bank has announced an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their banking careers through its Apprentice Engagement Program for 2025-26. The bank is offering 532 Apprenticeship Vacancies across various states and union territories in India, as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Education Qualification: Full-time graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university, completed after April 1, 2021 (50% min marks; 45% for reserved). Attach marksheets and degree certificates.
Stipend: Rs 15,000/month (Rs 10,500 from bank + Rs 4,500 govt subsidy via DBT). No other allowances—apprentices aren't employees.
Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible equivalents (Nepal/Bhutan/Tibetan refugees/PIO with eligibility cert).
Age Limit:
20-28 years as on October 1, 2025 (born between Oct 2, 1997, and Oct 1, 2005).
Relaxations:
- +5 years for SC/ST
- +3 for OBC-NCL
- +10 for PwBD (UR/EWS)
- +13 for PwBD (OBC)
- +15 for PwBD (SC/ST)
- Widows/divorced women: Up to 35 (UR/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST).
Selection Process of UCO Bank Apprentice Vacancy 2025:
Shortlisting via an online objective test (100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes):
- General/Financial Awareness: 25 marks
- English/Hindi: 25 marks
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 25 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 marks
No sectional cut-offs, but aggregate minimum (5% relaxation for reserved). Merit list state- and category-wise; ties broken by age (older first). Followed by document verification, local language test, and medical fitness.
Application Fees:
- SC / ST: NIL
- PwBD: Rs. 400/- plus GST
- GEN / OBC / EWS: Rs. 800/- plus GST
How to Apply:
The application process is entirely online through two platforms. First, candidates must register on the NATS portal at nats.education.gov.in. After successful registration, they need to apply for UCO Bank's apprenticeship program through the same portal.
