1. Merchant Banking Head (Executive Vice President)
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Compensation: Rs. 40 Lakh per annum (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
Educational Qualification: Professional qualification in finance, law, or business management (CA, CFA, CS, CMA, LLB, MBA in Finance preferred). Must be eligible to act as Principal Officer of a SEBI-registered Merchant Banker with no regulatory or disciplinary action history.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets with proven track record in IPO execution.
Place of Posting: Mumbai or Chennai,
2. Relationship Manager
No of Posts: 8
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Compensation: Rs. 4.00 to Rs. 5.00 lakh per annum plus performance-linked incentives
Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Finance from a reputed university. NISM certification or equivalent capital market qualifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in stock broking, wealth management, or mutual funds.
Place of Posting: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, New Delhi, Tirunelveli.
3. Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals
No of Posts: 6
Age Limit: 21 to 35 years
Compensation: Rs. 4.20 lakh per annum plus performance-linked incentives
Educational Qualification: Graduation with NISM qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in dealing.
Place of Posting: Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Tiruppur, Tiruvannamalai, Varanasi.
