Age Limit:
- General: 18 to 40 years
- SC/ST: 18 to 45 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 18 to 43 years
Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Technician Posts (SN 1-4): Class 10 + Valid NCVT/SCVT Trade Certificate in the respective trade.
- Junior Office Assistant: 10+2 (any stream) + Minimum 6-month Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications with proficiency in MS Office.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Class 10 + 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering + Valid Electrical Supervisor’s Competency Certificate (Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4) issued by Assam’s Electrical Licensing Board.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card from Assam or Arunachal Pradesh.
- Benchmark Disability Certificate (40% or more) issued by a Competent Medical Authority, matching the disability category identified for the applied post.
- All certificates must be valid and issued on or before 08/06/2026.
