Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has announced walk-in interviews for various contractual posts at its Field Headquarters in Duliajan. These temporary positions are open exclusively to candidates who are domiciled in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

1. Contractual Pharmacist
No of Posts: 05
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years for General; up to 43 years for OBC (NCL); up to 45 years for SC/ST.
Monthly Emolument: Fixed ₹24,960 per month + Variable ₹960 per working day. Contract Tenure: Initial engagement for 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 in Science stream and a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
Mandatory Requirements: Must be registered with the Assam Pharmacy Council, hold a valid professional Pharmacist License, and have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience as a Pharmacist.
2. Contractual Paramedical Hospital Technician
No of Posts: 02
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.
Monthly Emolument: Fixed ₹21,450 per month + Variable ₹825 per working day. Contract Tenure: Initial engagement for 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 in Science stream along with a 2-year Diploma in OT Technology, Emergency & First Aid Technology, or ICU Technology from a recognized government institute/medical college.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
3. Contractual Electrician
No of Posts: 02
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years for General; up to 38 years for OBC (NCL).
Monthly Emolument: Fixed ₹21,450 per month + Variable ₹825 per working day. Contract Tenure: Initial engagement for 6 months, extendable up to a maximum of 24 months (2 years).
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed with a Trade Certificate in Electrician Trade (NCVT/SCVT).
Mandatory Requirements: Valid Electrical Workman’s Permit (Class I & Class II) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification electrical work experience in Govt/PSU/Private organizations.
4. Contractual Logging Assistant
No of Posts: 09
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years for General; up to 43 years for OBC (NCL); up to 45 years for SC/ST.
Monthly Emolument: Fixed ₹21,450 per month + Variable ₹825 per working day. Contract Tenure: Initial engagement for 6 months, extendable up to a maximum of 24 months (2 years).
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed with a Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder, Motor Mechanic, or Machinist Trade.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of post-qualification work experience as an assistant in drilling/workover activities or oilfield-related services.
