1. Supervisor (Mechanical)
Number of Vacancies: 11 (UR-7, OBC-2, SC-1, EWS-1)
Educational Qualification:
- Option A: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
- Option B: ITI (NTC) in Welding trade, Sheet Metal Worker trade, Bench Fitter, Fitter trade, or Plumber trade from a State Board of Technical Education.
Desirable: Post-diploma qualification in NDT will be an added advantage.
Essential Experience:
For Diploma holders (Option A):
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in Ship Building, Ship Repair, Engineering companies, Offshore platforms, Marine related Engineering companies, or Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.
- The last 2 years of experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
For ITI holders (Option B):
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in the above-mentioned sectors.
- The last 3 years of experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
Desirable experience areas: Scaffolding, Rigging, welding techniques, NDT techniques, knowledge of marine hull and mechanical systems, fabrication, quality control, hull production, piping functions, and experience in a computerized environment.
2. Supervisor (Electrical)
Number of Vacancies: 3 (UR-2, ST-1)
Educational Qualification:
- Option A: Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
- Option B: ITI (NTC) in Electrical or Electronic trade from a state-recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Essential Experience:
For Diploma holders (Option A):
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in Ship Building, Ship Repair, Engineering companies, Offshore platforms, Marine related Engineering companies, or Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.
- The last 2 years of experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
For ITI holders (Option B)
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in the above-mentioned sectors.
- The last 3 years of experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
Desirable experience areas: Electrical, Electrical QC, Production, or automation/control functions.
3. Supervisor (Finance)
Number of Vacancies: 1 (UR-1)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Management (BBM), or Business Administration (BBA) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
Essential Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts.
Desirable: Proficiency in computer applications like MS Office, Excel, and SAP.
Monthly Remuneration (Consolidated Pay):
- 1st year: ₹40,650 per month
- 2nd year: ₹41,490 per month
- 3rd year: ₹42,355 per month
- 4th year: ₹43,246 per month
- 5th year: ₹44,164 per month
Age Limit (as on 22 April 2026):
Upper age limit: 45 years (born on or after 23 April 1981)
Relaxations:
- OBC: 3 years (for reserved posts)
- SC: 5 years (for reserved posts)
- Ex-servicemen: As per the Government of India norms
- Maximum age after all relaxations: 50 years
