Engineers India Limited (EIL) has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of 61 Engineer and Manager vacancies.
EIL Recruitment 2026:
1. Engineer
No of Posts: 12
Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with a maximum of 65% marks. Minimum 1 year post-qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
2. Deputy Manager
No of Posts: 38
Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with maximum 65% marks. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
3. Manager
No of Posts: 9
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with maximum 65% marks. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Up to 36 years.
4. Senior Manager
No of Posts: 2
Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with maximum 65% marks. Minimum 12 years of post-qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwD (General/EWS): 10 years
- PwD (OBC-NCL): 13 years
- PwD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
- Departmental Candidates: As per rules
- Post-graduates in Engineering: 1 year experience relaxation
- PhD in Engineering: 4 years' experience relaxation

Step 4: Upload the following documents:

- Date of birth proof (Class X Certificate/Marksheet/Birth Certificate)
- All experience certificates
- Pay scale certificate/documentary proof (if applicable)

Step 5: Submit the application and take a printout for future reference
