1. Application Architect
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026)
Compensation: Rs. 24 to 42 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communications with minimum 60% marks, OR Postgraduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA) in relevant fields. Desired: TOGAF/UML Certification.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in application/solution architecture (preferably in Banking, Financial Services industry). Experience in application rationalization, Microservice Architecture, integration technologies, and software development (C#, Java, .NET).
Mandatory Skill Set: Application architecture patterns (Microservices, SOA, CQRS, event-driven), full stack development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), relational and NoSQL databases, DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), API design, and UML diagrams.
Period of Contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years
2. Technology Architect

Compensation: Rs. 24 to 42 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communications with minimum 60% marks, OR Postgraduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA) in relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in infrastructure/technology architecture.
Mandatory Skill Set: Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), compute & virtualization (VMware, HyperV), storage (SAN, NAS), backup/DR tools, networking (SD-WAN, firewalls, load balancers), security (IAM, Zero Trust), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Period of Contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years
3. Data Architect
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026)
Compensation: Rs. 24 to 42 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communications with minimum 60% marks, OR Postgraduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA) in relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in data designing/architecture. Experience in enterprise-scale data migration (on-prem and cloud) and designing enterprise-scale structured and unstructured data solutions.
Mandatory Skill Set: Knowledge of data mining, SQL and databases (Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), MS Excel, data visualization tools, and structured methodologies for banking/large organizations.

4. Carbon Consultant
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 27 to 35 years (as on 01.06.2026)
Compensation: Rs. 25 to 30 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Climate Resilient Agriculture, Water Resource Management, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Engineering, Development Studies, or similar disciplines with minimum 55% marks.
Experience: Around 4 years of relevant professional experience in climate change, sustainability, and carbon finance-related projects. Proven expertise in technical due diligence and project monitoring.
Period of Contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years
5. Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 35 to 55 years (as on 01.06.2026)
Compensation: Rs. 30 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Climate Science, Sustainable Development, Development Studies, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in climate change/sustainability/socio-environmental projects. Desirable: Experience in managing externally aided projects, renewable energy project planning, and working with government agencies/international organizations.
Period of Contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years
6. Specialist – Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 35 to 55 years (as on 01.06.2026)
Compensation: Rs. 30 to 45 Lakhs per annum (consolidated, all-inclusive)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Desirable: CA, CFA, FRM, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in treasury, market risk, asset-liability management (ALM), derivatives, or balance sheet risk management in a bank, financial institution, NBFC, or RBI/SEBI/IFSCA regulated entity. Hands-on experience in interest rate derivatives, hedge structuring, pricing, valuation, and risk monitoring is preferred.
Period of Contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years
