Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of Assistant Manager- Transaction Advisory posts.

RITES Vacancy Details:
Name of Post: Assistant Manager- Transaction Advisory
No of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000.
Educational Qualification: Full-time bachelor’s degree in any branch of engineering and full-time two (2) years MBA (or equivalent degree) with specialization in Finance or related subjects.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Two (2) Years Post-qualification experience in: transaction advisory for PPP or asset monetization infrastructure projects / financial modeling / financial valuation/project finance / financial due diligence/bid process management and financial closure/preparation or review of concession documents/fundraising/mergers & acquisitions (M&A) / investment banking.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- J&K Domicile: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (in addition to SC/ST/OBC relaxation)
- RITES regular/contract employees: 5 years
