1. Assistant Vice President II – Data Analyst/Data Scientist
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years, Maximum 40 years (as on 01.07.2026)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.E./M.Tech (in Computer Science/IT/Data Science) OR Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics/Maths/Economics/Quantitative Field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience in any limited company, with at least 5 years in Data Analytics/Data Science or related field.
2. Assistant Vice President II – Project Management Specialist
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years, Maximum 40 years (as on 01.07.2026)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM, along with certifications like SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMI-ACP, or Salesforce Architect (CRM).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience in any limited company, with at least 5 years in Project Management. Relevant experience in BFSI is preferred.
3. Assistant Vice President I – Agile Transformation Expert
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: Minimum 27 years, Maximum 37 years (as on 01.07.2026)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA OR Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Applications/Computer Science. Certification: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMI-ACP, or Salesforce Architect (CRM).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile transformation in any limited company. Proven track record in successful Agile transformation/CRM implementation projects in BFSI is preferred.
4. Assistant Vice President I – Business Finance Analyst with BFSI Exposure
Number of Vacancies: 02
Age Limit: Minimum 27 years, Maximum 37 years (as on 01.07.2026)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferred: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business Administration/Mathematics/Financial Engineering, along with certifications like CFA/CA/CPA/CMA/CAIA/ACCA/FRM/CIMA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business finance, financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, valuation, investment analysis, divestment, mergers & acquisitions, or corporate development. Experience in BFSI/consulting firms/mutual funds/cards/payments businesses is preferred.
