1. Assistant Administrative Officers
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Pay level 08 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position may be adjusted against sanctioned position.
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Management, Administration, Commerce, or related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 8 years of experience in academic administration or institutional operations.
2. Stores & Purchase Officer
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Paylevel 08 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position may be adjusted against sanctioned position.
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Management, Administration, Commerce or related field with atleast 8 years of experience in the role of Stores & Purchase.
3. Assistant Librarian
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Pay level 08 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position may be adjusted against sanctioned position
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLISc) from a recognized University/ Institution with NET/SLET/SET qualified. Minimum 8 years of experience in academic, institutional, or research libraries
4. Accountant
Age Limit: Max. 40 years as on the last date of application. The Institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules.
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Pay level 06 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position is adjustable against sanctioned position.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance. Candidates with M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, ICWA or relevant accounting certifications will be preferred.
- The candidate should have at least 5 years post qualification professional experience in the field of Finance/ Accounts/ Audit Departments.
5. Junior Engineer (Civil)
Age Limit: Max. 40 years as on the last date of application. The Institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules.
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Pay level 06 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position is adjustable against sanctioned position.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil, maintenance of infrastructure and campus
6. Junior Assistant
Age Limit: Max. 40 years as on the last date of application. The Institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules.
Salary & Allowances: This position is a three-year term based appointment with Pay and benefits in Pay level 04 under 7th CPC. Based on the individual performance, the position is adjustable against sanctioned position.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation in any field from a recognised university
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably working in educational institutions like IIMs, IITs etc.
