Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA) has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates to recruit an Environmental Officer and a Procurement Associate on a contractual basis in the Externally Aided Project Wing, Water Resources Department, Assam in 2025.

1. Environmental Officer
No of Posts: 1
Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000/month + TA/DA
Qualifications: Master’s in Environmental Science/Engineering/Planning or related fields (Civil Engineering, Forestry, etc.).
Experience: 5+ years in ESIA, Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and flood/erosion projects.
World Bank safeguard policies experience preferred.

2. Procurement Associate
No of Posts: 1
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month + TA/DA
Qualifications: BE/BSc (Civil) or MBA (Finance/Economics). Procurement certifications are a plus.
Experience: 1+ year in public procurement or infrastructure projects (ADB/World Bank projects preferred).
