The company, which is rapidly expanding its footprint in solar, wind, BESS, and hydrogen generation businesses, aims to achieve a total installed capacity of 60 GW by 2032.

1. Engineer (RE - Civil)
No of Posts: 43
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Requires 03+ years of experience in Geotech, piling, foundation, structural steel, or tower structures. The role involves civil system design, technical specifications preparation, and project execution management for renewable energy projects.
2. Engineer (RE - Electrical)
No of Posts: 69
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Systems/High Voltage/Power Electronics/Power Engineering with 65% marks (55% for reserved categories). Minimum 03 years experience in switchyard, electrical testing, transmission systems, or transformer design. Candidates with renewable energy plant experience will be preferred.
3. Engineer (RE - Mechanical)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Power Engineering with 65% marks. Three years experience in power generation supervision and execution required. Preference given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degrees.
4. Executive (RE - Human Resource)
No of Posts: 04
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management or MBA with HR specialization with 65% marks. Requires 03 years experience in HR functions. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics will be preferred.
5. Executive (RE - Finance)
No of Posts: 09
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA. Requires minimum 01 year post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts (excluding articleship). Will handle vendor payments, statutory compliances, financial statements preparation, budgeting, and resource mobilization.
6. Engineer (RE - Safety)
No of Posts: 07
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with 65% marks, plus Diploma in Industrial Safety or Full-time degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety. Three years experience in safety roles, preferably in power or manufacturing industry.
7. Executive (RE - CSR)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Rural Management, Rural Development, Social Work, or related fields with 65% marks. Requires 03 years experience in socio-economic surveys, CSR activities, or social impact assessment.
8. Executive (RE - Rajbhasha)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Hindi/English with specific language requirements. Requires 03 years experience in Hindi translation work or official language implementation in government/PSUs.
Remuneration Package: The approximate annual CTC for all posts is Rs 11,00,000 which includes fixed and variable components, HRA, medical insurance for self and family, performance-based variable pay, and satisfactory service grant. Actual remuneration may vary based on experience and posting location.

- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
