National Housing Bank (NHB) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 06 General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager posts.
NHB Vacancy Details:
1. General Manager (Information Technology) [TEG Scale VII]
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: B. Tech / BE in Computer Science / Information Technology
Experience: Officers in the Rank of DGM [TEG Scale VI] and above in Public Sector Banks with a minimum of 12 years’ post-qualification experience in IT Department, and the current posting being in IT Department.
Age Limit: Up to 56 years.
2. Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) [TEG Scale VI]
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
Experience: Officers in the rank of AGM [SMG Scale V] and above in Public Sector Banks with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the HR Department, and the current posting being in the HR Department
Age Limit: 33 to 55 years.
3. Assistant General Manager (Accounts) [SMG Scale V]
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance)
Experience: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), out of which a minimum 8 years’ experience in handling corporate taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, regulatory reporting, and related activities.
Age Limit: 33 to 55 years.
4. Manager (Human Resource) [MMG Scale III]
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Housing Finance Companies/ Non-Banking Financial Companies / All India Financial Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings.
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.
5. Manager (Legal) [MMG Scale III]
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial
Banks / Housing Finance Companies / Non-Banking Financial Companies/law firms in handling title investigation reports, matters related to property laws, SARFAESI, DRT and recovery laws.
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.
6. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary)
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree, with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years’ post-qualification experience in
Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities / Public Sector Undertakings/entities listed on Stock Exchanges.
Age Limit: 33 to 55 years.
