BEE Recruitment 2026:
The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 23 Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director posts.
BEE Vacancy Details:
1. Joint Director (Technical)
No of Posts: 08
Salary: Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in Pay Level-11. Essential qualification: Master's degree in Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry from a recognized University.
2. Joint Director (Non-Technical)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in Pay Level-11. Essential qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university OR MBA (Finance/Human Resources) from a recognized University/Institution.
3. Deputy Director (Technical)
No of Posts: 11
Salary: Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in Pay Level-10. Essential qualification: Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Economics from a recognized University.
4. Deputy Director (Non-Technical)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in Pay Level-10. Essential qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university OR MBA (Finance/Human Resources) from a recognized University/Institution.
5. Assistant Director (Finance)

Salary: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 4 years regular service in Pay Level-8 OR 5 years regular service in Pay Level-7. Essential qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university OR MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in handling finance, accounts, and budget-related works.
6. Assistant Director (HR)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
Educational Qualification: Officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory organizations. Must hold analogous posts on a regular basis OR have 4 years regular service in Pay Level-8 OR 5 years regular service in Pay Level-7. Essential qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university OR MBA (Human Resources) from a recognized University/Institution. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in handling general administration and establishment-related works.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
