Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 11 Manager posts.
HURL Vacancy Details:
1. Additional Chief Manager/ Sr. Manager/ Manager- Ammonia
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/ Chemical Technology with minimum of 60 % marks. Minimum 12 to 16 years work experience
2. Sr. Manager/ Manager- Contracts & Materials
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering degree (in any specialization) with minimum 60% marks OR Full-time regular MBA (Materials Management) with minimum 60% marks OR Full-Time PG Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 60%marks (02 years regular course) (Recognized as/ equivalent to MBA by UGC/ AICTE). Minimum 12 to 14 years work experience
3. Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager- Contracts & Materials
No of Posts: 2
Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering degree (in any specialization) with minimum 60% marks OR Full-time regular MBA (Materials Management) with minimum 60% marks OR Full-Time PG Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 60%marks (02 years regular course) (Recognized as/ equivalent to MBA by UGC/ AICTE). Educational Qualification: MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India with Certificate of training in Industrial health of minimum 3 months approved by DG FASLI in accordance with guidelines or MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India with Certificate of training in Industrial Health of minimum three months duration. Recognized by the State Government or MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India with diploma in Industrial Health. Minimum 5 to 9 years work experience.
Remuneration and Benefits:

- Executive Cadre CTC: Ranges from approximately ₹18.40 LPA (Assistant Manager) to ₹35.30 LPA (Additional Chief Manager).
- FTC CTC: Ranges from approximately ₹12.80 LPA (Officer) to ₹25.60 LPA (Sr. Manager).
