The State Bank of India (SBI) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 10 Specialist Cadre Officer posts.

SBI Vacancy Details:
1. Head Sales
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹199 lakhs per annum
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed Colleges/ universities.
Preferred: CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM 21-A
Experience: Minimum 15 Years of experience in managing sales team in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / AMCs.
Out of which, minimum 8 years of experience in leading a large team of Relationship Managers and
Team Leads, preferably in Wealth Management Firms or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
2. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
No of Posts: 2
CTC: Up to ₹77.20 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA
- Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate/CFP /NISM 21A or 21B
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Equity Research/Products experience in Wealth Management / AMC (Mutual Funds) / Banks.
3. Manager (Business Process)
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹47.20 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from a government-recognised university or Institution
Experience:
- Mandatory: Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 5 years in Bank/wealth Management firms/ broking firms.
- Preferred: Experience in business processes in the wealth management area.
4. Project Development Manager (Technology)
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹47.20 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME /M. Tech / MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution.
Experience:
Mandatory: Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking technology, preferably in a business function
5. Central Operations Team (COT) Support
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹37.20 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification: Graduates from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
Experience:
Mandatory: Minimum experience of 3 years in financial services, investment advisory, private banking or Wealth Management Solution Providers, out of which minimum two years’ experience in Central Operations in Wealth Management business.
6. Deputy Vice President (Analytical Marketing & Campaign)
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹63 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Analytics
- Preferred Certifications: Certification in Digital Marketing / Marketing Analytics from universities recognized by accrediting bodies of concerned countries. Certification in GA4 & Google Ads
Experience:
- Minimum 10 Years’ post qualification experience in the field of marketing in e-Commerce/ Banking Industry/ Fintech Company/ Information Technology or a consumer facing company.
- Out of 10 years, at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing analyst /business analyst will be preferred.
7. Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing)
No of Posts: 2
CTC: Up to ₹63 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication /Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM
- Preferred Certifications: Digital Marketing/ Social Media Marketing certification from universities recognized by accrediting bodies of concerned countries. Certification in Google Ads, Performance Marketing & GA4.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 Years’ post qualification experience in the field of marketing in e-Commerce/ Banking Industry/ Fintech Company/ Information Technology or a consumer facing company.
- Out of 10 years at least 3-5 years of full-time experience as a Digital Acquisition executive or Marketing in Social Media Platform in related field will be preferred.
8. Content Specialist
No of Posts: 1
CTC: Up to ₹19 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Advertising, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, Advertising, Creative Writing, Communications, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in content production, digital operations, or creative coordination roles, ideally in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Practical experience working within a MarTech-driven environment (e.g., CMS, marketing automation, analytics tools).
- Experience managing operational aspects of content/creative campaigns across digital channels.
