THDC India Limited has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 10 Senior Manager, DGM and AGM posts.
THDC India Limited Vacancy Details:
1. Senior Manager (Finance) – E-6
No of Posts: 02
Pay Scale: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
Educational Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from ICAI/ICMAI.
Experience: 13 years post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade (IDA: ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 or private sector CTC ₹20 lakhs p.a.)
2. Deputy General Manager (Finance) – E-7
No of Posts: 02
Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000
Educational Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from ICAI/ICMAI.
Experience: 17 years post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade (IDA: ₹90,000–₹2,40,000 or private sector CTC ₹23 lakhs p.a.)
3. Additional General Manager (Finance) – E-8
No of Posts: 01
Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
Educational Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from ICAI/ICMAI.
Experience: 21 years post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade (IDA: ₹1,00,000–₹2,60,000 or private sector CTC ₹26 lakhs p.a.)
4. Senior Manager (HR) – E-6
No of Posts: 02
Pay Scale: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA with specialization in HRM/HRD (minimum 60% marks) OR PG Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare (minimum 60% marks) OR 2 years full-time PG Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare (minimum 60% marks) OR Masters in Social Work/MHROD from a recognized university/institute. LLB desirable.
Experience: 13 years post-qualification executive experience in HR and Industrial Relations

Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA with specialization in HRM/HRD (minimum 60% marks) OR PG Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare (minimum 60% marks) OR 2 years full-time PG Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare (minimum 60% marks) OR Masters in Social Work/MHROD from a recognized university/institute. Experience: 21 years post-qualification executive experience in HR and Industrial Relations
Age Limit:
- Senior Manager (E-6): Maximum 48 years
- Deputy General Manager (E-7): Maximum 50 years
- Additional General Manager (E-8): Maximum 53 years
- Maximum upper age limit after all relaxations shall not exceed 58 years
