Name of Post: Guest Faculties (Purely on temporary basis) in Life Sciences and Bioinformatics

Remuneration: Rs. 1500/- per lecture with a ceiling of Rs 50,000 per month.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a concerned or relevant/allied subject with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) from an Indian University or a foreign university with an equivalent degree. Additionally, candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, or hold a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.
- Candidates registered for a Ph.D. programme prior to July 11, 2009, are exempted from the NET/SET requirement. Holders of a Ph.D. degree are also exempted from NET/SET subject to fulfilling certain conditions, including the degree being awarded in regular mode, thesis evaluation by at least two external examiners, an open viva voce, publication of two research papers (at least one in a referred journal), and presentation of at least two papers in conferences/seminars.
Alternative Qualification: Candidates with a Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university/institution ranked among the top 500 in world university rankings (by QS, THE, or ARWU) are also eligible.
