RITES Limited has released an advertisement for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager (HR) posts.

Name of Post: Deputy General Manager (HR)

Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a full-time MBA or PG Diploma or Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare. The degree must be from a recognized university, and candidates must submit a certificate from their institute clearly indicating the specialization.
Experience Requirements:
- For candidates from CDA/IDA pay scale organizations (Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies): A total of 11 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 or CDA pay scale Level 11 of the 7th CPC.
- For candidates from private sector or other organizations: A total of 11 years of experience and an annual CTC of at least Rs. 25.90 LPA as on the last date of application.
Age Limit: Up to 41 years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- J&K Domicile: 5 years
Application Fee:
Rs. 600 plus taxes for General/OBC; Rs. 300 plus taxes for EWS/SC/ST/PwBD
