The Flood and River Management Erosion Agency of Assam (FREMAA) has invited applications from eligible & intending candidates for the recruitment of Technical Officer – Real-Time Data Acquisition System (RTDAS) Vacancy under the Hydro Informatics Unit (HIU) of the Water Resources Department of Assam.

Name of post: Technical Officer – Real-Time Data Acquisition System (RTDAS)
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes)
Other Eligibility Criteria:
A first class (with 65% aggregate marks or also equivalent CGPA score).
MTech / M.E. /M.Sc. in Instrumentation / Hydrology/ Water Resources/ Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics or similar field with graduation in Civil Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Electronics or similar field.
The minimum desirable experience would be of 3 year in implementation, monitoring and maintenance of RTDAS for hydro-meteorological data monitoring.
The requirement of master’s degree may be relaxed in case of candidates having good quality experience of 5 years in implementation of RTDAS.
