- Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences / Development Studies / Education / Public Policy / related disciplines (preferred)
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Experience in literature review, qualitative analysis, or case study documentation will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Have published papers- preferably
