Name of Post: Training & Field Executive
No of Posts: 02 (One Male and One Female)
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (preferably in Social Work, Disaster Management, Mass Communication, Sociology, Rural Development, or any relevant field).
- Minimum (5) five years of total experience in the social sector out of which minimum specific experience of three years in coordinating and managing Training and Capacity Building activities preferably in the field of Disaster Management/Disaster Preparedness/Community Organization/ livelihoods etc.
