There are two posts available at the Labour Market Research Facility (LMRF) within the School of Management and Labour Studies.

Essential Qualifications:

Position 1:

Essential:

• Ph.D. in Management or related areas.
• Master’s degree with 55% marks in MBA or allied subjects.

Desirable:

• Publications in high-impact journals (Scopus/WoS).
• Skills in analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and social network analysis.
• Ability to teach in Analytics programs.

Position 2:

Essential:

• Ph.D. in Statistics/Operations Research/Economics/Demography or related fields.
• Master’s degree with 55% marks in relevant disciplines.

Desirable:

• Experience in field-based research and sustainability.
• Proficiency in R, Python, MATLAB, Tableau, or BI tools.
• Ability to teach analytics, machine learning, and SDG-related courses.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must fulfill one of the following:

• Cleared UGC-NET/SLET/SET, OR
• Hold a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations (2009/2016), OR
• Have a Ph.D. from a top 500 global university (as per QS/THE/ARWU rankings).

• General/OBC: ₹1000/-
• SC/ST/PWD: ₹250/-
• Women candidates: No fee
