Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Assam has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates to recruit 05 State Project Specialist – Financial Management (SPS-FM), Senior Software Developer, Junior Software Developer , Mobile Application / Android Developer, and Data Analyst Post on a contractual basis in 2026.

1. State Project Specialist – Financial Management (SPS-FM)
No. of Post: 1
Age Limit: Maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (where applicable).
Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (consolidated)
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / Cost Accountant / M.Com (Accountancy) with minimum 60% marks and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in PFMS is essential.
2. Senior Software Developer
No. of Post: 1
Age Limit: Maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (where applicable).
Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS) with 65% marks and 5+ years experience in PHP & Laravel. Flutter experience preferred.
3. Junior Software Developer
No. of Post: 1
Age Limit: Maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (where applicable).
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS) with 65% marks and 3+ years experience (2 years in PHP & Laravel preferred).
4. Mobile Application / Android Developer
No. of Post: 1
Age Limit: Maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (where applicable).
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), MCA, M.Sc with 65% marks and minimum 4 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
5. Data Analyst
No. of Post: 1
Age Limit: Maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 1 January 2026 (where applicable).
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), MCA, M.Sc with 65% marks and 3–4 years experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboards, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, Google Apps Script.
