Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹15,500 per month (plus government subsidy).
Educational Qualification: You must hold a Graduation Degree (Bachelor's) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. Your final results should be declared on or before July 31, 2026. For candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the graduation result must have been declared between March 1, 2022, and July 31, 2026.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years relaxation
Application Fees:
- SC/ST/PWBD: ₹236 (₹200 + 18% GST)
- GEN/OBC/EWS (Female): ₹708 (₹600 + 18% GST)
- GEN/OBC/EWS (Male): ₹944 (₹800 + 18% GST)
Selection Process:
Your selection will be determined through a structured process:
1. Online Written Examination: A 90-minute objective test with 100 questions covering:
- General/Financial Awareness (25 questions)
- General English (25 questions)
- Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude (25 questions)
- Computer/Subject Knowledge (25 questions)
2. Test of Local Language: You must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding any one local language of the state you are applying for. However, if you've studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard, you're exempt from this test.
3. Document Verification and Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and possibly a personal interaction.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates need to score the minimum percentage set by the bank (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). There's no minimum qualifying mark for individual subjects.
How to Apply ?
1. Register on NATS/NAPS Portal: First, you must complete your registration on either the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) or the NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
2. Apply on BFSI SSC Portal: Visit the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India website at www.bfsissc.com or https://beep.bfsissc.com and complete the online application form for the "IOB Apprenticeship Program FY 2026-27."
3. Submit Application Fee: Pay the applicable fee through online mode only.
