Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2026:

The Biswanath College of Agriculture, under Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 200 Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA) and allied posts.

Assam Agricultural University Vacancy Details:

1. Skilled worker (Electrical)

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Electrician from recognized University / Institute (NCVT / SCVT Certification)
• Electrical Workmen License from Govt. of Assam
• Minimum one year of experience in electrical maintenance and repair work

Remuneration: ₹16,140 per month (as per AAU norms, subject to revision)

2. Skilled worker (Library)

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• Passed Higher Secondary (HS) [10+2] examination from any recognized Boards/ Councils.
• Diploma / Certificate of Computer Application (Minimum of 6 Months duration).

Remuneration: ₹16,140 per month (as per AAU norms, subject to revision)

How to Apply:

Interested candidates may attend the interview on 15 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the Office of the Associate Dean, Biswanath College of Agriculture, Assam Agricultural University, Biswanath Chariali.

Candidates should bring the Standard Form, two passport-size photographs, relevant certificates and marksheets, along with original documents for verification.
