Age Limit: Candidates' age must be between 20 to 30.
- Born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005.
Educational Qualification:
- You must be a Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline.
- Minimum Marks: 55% aggregate.
- Important: Correspondence, distance learning, or part-time courses are NOT eligible.
- The degree must be from a Govt. of India recognized university.
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is required.

Selection Process:
The selection consists of three stages:
1. Online Examination
- Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours)
- Total Questions: 200 (All objective, multiple choice)
- Language: English only
✅ Sections (40 questions each):
- English Language
- Logical Reasoning
- General Awareness (Special focus on Housing Finance Industry)
- Numerical Ability
- Computer Skill
✅ Negative Marking: Yes. 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer.
2. Interview
- Candidates who score high in the online exam will be called for an interview. You must secure minimum qualifying marks here to move forward.
3. Final Selection & Medical Test
- The final merit list is based on the combined marks of the online exam and interview. Selected candidates must pass a medical examination and a background verification check.
How to Apply ?
Applications are accepted only online via the LIC HFL website. Do not send hard copies.
Step 1: Document Scanning (Prepare these before you start)
You need scanned images of:
- Passport size photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20-50kb).
- Signature (Black ink on white paper, 10-20kb).
- Left Thumb Impression (Black/blue ink on white paper, 20-50kb).
- Handwritten Declaration (Text given in the notification, written in your own handwriting in English).
Step 2: Registration
- Visit www.lichousing.com -> Careers -> Job Opportunities -> "Recruitment of Junior Assistants" -> "Apply Online". Register with your name, contact, and email to get a Provisional Registration Number.
Step 3: Fill Form & Pay Fee
- Fill in your details, upload the scanned documents, and pay the application fee via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Step 4: Submit
- Preview the entire form carefully. Remember, no changes are allowed after final submission. Take a printout of the final application form and e-receipt.
