1. Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - E2 Grade
No of Posts: 91 Posts

Qualification: First-Class B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from an AICTE/UGC approved institute.
2. Assistant Officer Trainee (AOT) - E1 Grade
No of Posts: 06
Qualification: First-Class Post-Graduation degree with a valid GATE/NET score.
Age Limit (as on 10.10.2025):
Maximum 30 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories).
Salary & Compensation:
During Training (1 year):
- GETs: ₹50,000 per month (stipend)
- AOTs: ₹40,000 per month (stipend)
After Training:
- GETs (E2 Grade): Approx. CTC of ₹18.79 LPA
- AOTs (E1 Grade): Approx. CTC of ₹15.34 LPA
- Includes Basic Pay, IDA, Perks, and other allowances as per company rules.
Selection Process:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type questions with no negative marking.
- For GETs: 80% weightage on Technical Subject Knowledge.
- For AOTs: 60% weightage on General Knowledge & Energy Scenario.
2. Personal Interview (PI): For candidates shortlisted from the CBT.
3. Final selection will be based on 85% weightage from CBT and 15% from PI.

₹1000 + GST (SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted).
