Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institute. Candidates with a B.Tech background will be given preference.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in areas such as Training and Placement, Corporate HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition. Strong industry exposure and proven networking with Tier-1 and Tier-2 companies in India is essential.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong student mentoring and counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
