1. Principal Designer (Professor)
No of Posts: 3 Posts
Pay Level: 13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900)
Domains: Textile & Apparel Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design
Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in Design
Experience: 10+ years
Age Limit: Up to 55 years
2. Senior Designer (Associate Professor)
No of Posts: 3 Posts
Pay Level: 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
Domains: Textile & Apparel Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design
Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in Design
Experience: 10+ years
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
3. Associate Senior Designer (Assistant Professor)
No of Posts: 2 Posts
Pay Level: 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
Domains: Industrial Design (1), Textile & Apparel Design (1)
Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in Design
Experience: 7+ years
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
4. Faculty/Designer
No of Posts: 5 Posts
Pay Level: 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
Domains: Industrial Design (3), Communication Design (1), Textile & Apparel Design (1)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Design
Experience: 5+ years
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
5. Master Craftsman (Bamboo & Cane) – Contractual
No of Posts: 1 Post
Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated)
Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year (extendable)
Age Limit: Up to 55 years (may be relaxed)
Essential Qualification:
- SSC + ITI (relevant trade) with 10 years of experience in bamboo & cane craft OR
- Diploma in a relevant trade with 5 years of experience
Job Role: Develop craft products, assist students/faculty, manage the Bamboo Lab, support exhibitions, and prototyping.
Application Fee:
- General/OBC: ₹1000
- SC/ST/EWS: ₹500
- PwD: Exempted
