The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of 117 academic positions across its headquarters in New Delhi and regional units in Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysuru, and Shillong.

Essential Qualifications:
✅ Professor
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years teaching/research experience
- At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
✅ Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- Master's with 55% marks
- Minimum 8 years teaching/research experience
- At least 7 research publications
✅ Assistant Professor
- Master's with 55% marks
- Cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations
✅ Librarian Positions
- Master's in Library Science with 55% marks
- Relevant experience as per UGC norms
Pay Scale:
- Professor: Level 14, Entry Pay ₹1,44,200/-
- Associate Professor / Deputy Librarian: Level 13A, Entry Pay ₹1,31,400/-
- Assistant Professor / Assistant Librarian: Level 10, Entry Pay ₹57,700/-
