Educational Qualification:

✅ Engineering Roles: Almost all technical positions (Production, Ammonia, Urea, Mechanical, O&U, Instrumentation, Process Engineering) require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

✅ Non-Engineering Roles:

• HR Officer: MBA/MSW/Post Graduate in HR/Personnel Management.
• Contracts & Materials: Engineering degree OR MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management.
• Legal: LLB (3 or 5-year integrated).
• Company Secretary: Graduation + ICSI membership.
• Medical: MBBS with Industrial Health training.
• Security: Graduation (with a defense background).

Age Limit:

✅ Senior Leadership (VP, Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager):

• Age Range: 42–53 years
• Posts: Vice-President: 53 years, Additional Chief Manager: 44 years

✅ Mid-Level (Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager):

• Age Range: 35–50 years
• Posts: Assistant Manager: 35 years, Manager: 40–50 years

✅ Entry/Junior Level (Engineer, Officer):

• Age Range: 30–32 years
• Posts: Engineer: 30 years, Senior Engineer: 32 years

✅ Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Roles:

• Age Range: 30–55 years
• Posts: Security Senior Manager: 55 years, Assistant Officer: 30 years

Salary Details:

✅ Regular Employees:

• Vice President: ~₹49.2 LPA
• Additional Chief Manager: ~₹34.8 LPA
• Senior Manager: ~₹30.9 LPA
• Engineer/Officer: ~₹14.5 LPA

✅ FTC Employees:

• Senior Manager: ~₹25.1 LPA
• Officer: ~₹12.5 LPA
