Name of Post: Junior Research Fellowships
No of Posts: 105
Age Limit: 28 years.
Salary: Rs. 37,000/- to Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a strong academic record with a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in relevant science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology from a recognized university. Candidates with integrated M.Sc., dual degree (B.S.-M.S.), or a four-year bachelor’s degree with research may also apply if they meet the required percentage criteria.
Applicants must also have a valid score in a national-level examination, such as:-
- UGC-CSIR NET Fellowship
- JEST
- ICMR-JRF
- ICAR-JRF
- DBT-JRF Biotechnology Eligibility Test
- GATE (relevant subjects)
- JGEEBILS
Age Relaxation:
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5years
- PwBD: 10 years
Application Fee:
An application fee of Rs. 500 is payable at the time of submission of the online application. The fee can be paid online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities are exempted from paying the application fee. The fee once paid is non-refundable.
