Educational Qualification:
- For Junior Technician: NTC / NAC in the relevant trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)
- For Junior Manager (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Metallurgy): B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant engineering branch
- For Assistant Manager (Civil): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- For Junior Manager (Artificial Intelligence) / Deputy Manager (IT) / Senior Manager (Cyber Security): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI & ML, or Electronics & Communication (MCA also allowed for Cyber Security)
- For Junior Manager (HR) / Deputy Manager (Marketing) / Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate + MBA in the relevant field, or an equivalent 2-year PG Diploma / PG Degree
- For Junior Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduate Degree in Commerce or Economics
- For Assistant Manager & Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate + Company Secretary (ICSI) membership
- For Consultant (Finance & Audit): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 years of experience in handling Finance and Audit in Government departments/PSUs
- For Junior Manager (Official Language): Degree with a 1-year Diploma in Hindi/Hindi Translation, or M.A. in Hindi
- For Deputy Manager (Public Relations): Post Graduate Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication

- Computer-Based Test (CBT) - 100 marks (2 hours)
- Trade Test (Practical) - Qualifying in nature
- Merit based solely on Written Test Marks
For Junior / Assistant / Deputy Manager Posts:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) - 85% weightage
- Interview - 50 marks, 15% weightage
For Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager / Additional General Manager / Consultant:
- Presentation, Experience, Expertise, Knowledge and Interview
