Name of Post: Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
No of Posts: 24
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month.
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/Railways/Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combinations in part or whole.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years’ post-qualification outdoor work experience in the field of production or mechanical maintenance or other mechanical engineering areas. The incumbent must have worked at a project site or factory or plant during this period of two years.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 05 years.
- OBC/ NCL: 03 years.
- PwBD: 10 years.
- RITES Employees: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
Application Fees:
- General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 600/- plus Taxes as applicable
- EWS/ SC/ST/ PwBD Candidates: Rs. 300/- plus Taxes as applicable
Selection Process:
1. Written Test: 125 objective questions (1 mark each), 2.5 hours. No negative marking. Qualifying marks: 50% (UR/EWS) and 45% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) .
2. Document Scrutiny: Verification of uploaded documents.
3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted in a 1:6 ratio. Final weightage: Written Test – 60%, Interview – 40%.
