Salary & Benefits:
During Training (1 Year):
- Monthly Stipend: ₹60,000/-
- Free Lodging: At company hostel (if posted at Trombay/Thal)

After Absorption (E1 Grade):
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Approximate Monthly Gross: ₹86,320 (Basic + VDA + Perks + HRA + allowances)
