1. Senior Private Secretary
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Pay Level: Level 8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate degree with MBA in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University.
- Minimum 6 years of regular service experience in Level 6 & above or equivalent in:
- Central/State Government, Universities, PSUs, Government-funded research organizations, or Autonomous bodies.
- Experience in Office Management, Administration, Secretarial work.
- Good speed in English/Hindi shorthand and typing with strong communication skills.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Pay Level: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech / BE (Civil) or AMIE in Civil Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in civil works, campus infrastructure planning, and maintenance in:
- Central/State Government, Universities, PSUs, Autonomous bodies, or Government-funded institutions.
- Experience level must be in Level 7/6 or equivalent.
3. Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Pay Level: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in electrical works, campus infrastructure, and maintenance in Government/PSU/Autonomous institutions.
4. Senior Technical Assistant (Laboratory)

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Pay Level: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- BVSc OR B.Tech OR MSc OR B.Pharma in:
- Biotechnology, Food and Nutritional Sciences, Food Technology, Instrumentation, or Agricultural Biotechnology.
- OR equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
5. Senior Technical Assistant (Farm/Field)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Pay Level: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- BVSc OR B.Tech OR MSc OR B.Pharma in:
- Biotechnology, Food and Nutritional Sciences, Food Technology, Instrumentation, or Agricultural Biotechnology.
- OR equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
6. Scientist D

Age Limit: 50 years (relaxation as per the Govt. of India norms)
Pay Level: Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
Educational Qualification & Experience::
- PhD in any branch of Life Sciences / Agricultural Biotechnology / Food and Nutrition Sciences / Food Technology or equivalent, with 5 years of experience.
- ME / M.Tech in Agri-Biotechnology / Biotechnology / Chemical Technology / Food Technology / Food Sciences and Nutrition or equivalent, with 7 years of experience.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer):3 years
- ST: 5 years
- SC: 5 years
- PwD: As per GOI rules
- Ex-Servicemen: As per GOI rules
- Existing DBT / BRIC-NABI employees: No upper age limit
