1. Manager (Technical)
Vacancies: 5 (01-UR, 03-SC, 01-ST)
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA)
Age Limit: 40 years (as on June 3, 2026)
Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Naval Architecture with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification experience in design/construction/repairs/maintenance of naval ships/submarines in Govt/PSU/Private shipyards.
2. Manager (HR)
Vacancies: 2 (01-UR, 01-SC)
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate OR MBA/PGDM (2 years full-time) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification experience in HR functions like recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, payroll, training, etc.
3. Deputy Manager (Technical)
Vacancies: 10 (05-UR, 02-OBC, 02-SC, 01-ST)
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Naval Architecture with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant technical domains.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation
- OBC-NCL: 3 years age relaxation
- PwBD: As per government rules
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation up to 3 years after deducting service period.
